Planning identifies and builds on a company's strength and help in the right decisions making by the management at all levels in a changing business environment.
A fundamental part to organization effectiveness, it is the process of understanding the organizations strength and weakness by assessing factors that might help or hinder the development and marketing of products.
The analysis must take into account the opportunities and threats the organization will encounter in the market place. Therefore, based on its importance, a lack of planning can be fatal for both large and small business.

- Develop Tactics on Pricing, Advertising, Sales Promotion, etc.
- Effectively apply the SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS (Market Characteristics, Analyzing Customers Needs, SWOT Study)
- Creating and managing THE HUMAN RESOURCES PLAN
- Develop a FINANCIAL PLAN which contains information that is accurate and sufficiently detailed, thus enabling management to monitor and control the financial progress of the company

About the Trainer/Workshop Leader
Dr. Samir Ramzy Attia is a Consultant and Corporate Trainer with many years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Management programmes with the American University in Cairo, specifically the Executive Management Diplomas, School of Business. He is also a Certified Trainer for the USAID, School of Business, Maryland University (USA) as well as a Business Edge Certified Trainer, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the World Bank Group and a Certified Consultant for the Arab Labor Organisation, the Arab League.
His training experience with some of the Middle East_s leading organisations in sales, marketing specifically and selective management programmes includes Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Yemen, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates. His keen interest in the development issues rendered him an effective participation with some non-government organizations (NGOs), which assist in providing current trends and case studies. He has attended, participated and invited as Speaker effectively in many seminars and conferences on education, unemployment, foreign investment, public relations, social marketing and information with the NGO's.
Dr Samir obtained his PhD in Business Administration on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from Holland Academy for Science and Arts (HASA) and is a member of the Public Relations Association, the Red Cross Society, Red Crescent Society and the Arab Management Association.
Workshop Details
Registration: Registration is considered confirmed and seat will be reserved upon receipt of submission of delegate/participant's details.
Fee: Registration Fee for seminar/workshop is in nett value which includes trainer's fee, course materials, training equipments, morning & afternoon refreshments and set/buffet lunch and car parking (except public carpark).
Invoice: Invoice will be issued upon received of details and no. of participants accordingly for payment process.
Payment: Payment must be made before commencement of the seminar by bank telegraphic transfer, cash or cheque being made payable to WOUTER MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS PTE LTD.

Cancellation: Fee(s) are not refundable upon registration based on guaranteed/reserved seat(s) unless a course is cancelled by WOUTER Management Consultants Pte Ltd due to unforeseen circumstances.
