    Assisting with guest invitation via fax, email and where necessary via mail, RSVPs and follow-up including drafting of Invitation Letter/Card text.
  • Guest-of-Honour/VIPs
    Rendering assistance with contacting Government officials and protocol/liaison for Guests-of-Honour.
  • Event Logistics
    Sourcing for appropriate venues based on your budget/convenience; making the necessary bookings and arrangements to ensure smooth organisation of the event.
  • Event Management
    Organise, coordinate, manage, execute and handle all logistics pertaining to the staging of the entire event.
  • Third Party Liaison
    Liaising with third-party vendors and suppliers for venue, F&B, publicity materials, backdrops/banners, photography & videography, invitation cards, audio/visual equipment, etc. including providing the bilingual Master of Ceremony.
  • Guest Relations
    Providing registration/reception and guest relation services throughout the event including on-site technicians, etc. throughout the main event. Services include distribution of corporate portfolios, brochures, corporate/door gifts/momentos (if any) during registration.
  • Post-Event Follow Up
    Tracking of your announcement/event based on the media coverage - broadcast, publication as well as the internet. Liaison for your representative on queries after the event and any other assistance required pertaining to the event up to 6 weeks after completion of the event.
