Key Personnel

Norkiah Natassia Noor

• Founder, Managing Director & Principal Consultant
• Norkiah Natassia Noor has more than 20 years' experience in administration, human resources, corporate management, event management and public relations. She began her career in 1982 with a nine-year stint at a leading auditing firm and its affiliated company rendering corporate secretarial services. Thereafter, combining her organisational and interpersonal communication skills with management expertise, she was appointed the local director of a UK-based shipping company in Singapore.
• During her appointment with an international telecommunications and aeronautique Multi-National Corporation, she was part of an international team of professionals based in Hong Kong and Malaysia, entrusted with the task of global liaison. The stint helped sharpened her skills in cross-cultural communication as well as honed her management skills.
• Norkiah then joined a local Investor/Public Relations firm; she was in charge of Human Resources, Administration and leading the Events Management team. On Public Relations front, she was once the PR Liaison for the Asia Pacific region for one of NYSE-listed IT company. She has successfully handled major announcements, roadshows, corporate presentation and other formal and informal events projects, some of which involving Government Ministers as Guest of Honours including running training workshops/seminars.

• She set up Wouter Management Consultants Pte Ltd to fulfill her passion and her continuous self-achievement in events managements and public relations by providing clients with more than just satisfactory results. Together with the Executive Director, she incorporates corporate training and professional development to fulfil their individual passions respectively.
• Norkiah is a Member of the Singapore Press Club, loves traveling, reading, computer games and the Spanish language.

Arend Kamphorst

• Executive Director
• Arend Kamphorst’s is a very low-profile individual whose passion and the firm belief in the importance of knowledge especially with the fast changing faces of business, technology and even our daily life. He strongly believes that each individual has something inside them that have always known much more than they know and that everyone has the ability to learn – at any time, any age, any where, any how of any thing!

James Suresh

• Principal Trainer
• James Suresh is a Corporate trainer, PR consultant and humour writer with more than 15 years of industry experience. He was one of the co-creators of local comic characters, including Mr Kiasu and Kopi Thiam, and currently contributes comic strips to the press and various magazines. He writes scripts for radio and television and develops creative concepts for advertising agencies and animation companies. As a PR practitioner, James has worked in both government and commercial organisations.
• He is a qualified teacher with an NIE certificate and an associate lecturer at the Marketing Institute of Singapore and The Institute of Public Relations Singapore. Previous positions held by him include Head of Publicity Section (MINDEF), Director of PR & Marketing (Comix Factory) and as an Editor/writer. James is also an Associate Lecturer for Curtin University and University Of South Australia's M.A. programmes conducted in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He has developed training programmes and trained trainers for courses conducted by the Civil Service College and The Ministry of Education.
• James graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration and a Masters in Communication Management; he has conducted seminars and workshops in Singapore and throughout Asia region including the Middle East and China. Among others, his programmes on Interpersonal and Corporate Communication, Personal Effectiveness, Motivational and so on - includes communication and presentation skills, creative thinking, time/priority/stress management, creative problem solving and decision making for managers and top-level executives as well as public relations, public speaking, assertiveness, customer skills, team building, etc.
• He is regularly featured on News Radio 93.8 in the series on Positive Business Minutes and was also engaged by local TV to coach the finalists of the Singapore Idol series in managing stress and performance anxiety.

James is a knowledgeable and highly engaging speaker. His workshops and talks are both informative and entertaining. His vast experience in human relations and communication has been very beneficial to his audience.

James is able to relate to the audience at a personal level, he employs real life case studies to teach, inspire and motivate each individual.
